Monroe’s Pacific Earth Works honors long-time workers

Monroe-based Pacific Earth Works is recognizing two long-term employees. Ell Roy Oster has been with Pacific Earth Works for 30 years and has built many projects including the UW Surgery Center and Marysville Getchell High School. Juan Cruz has been with the company for 25 years. Some of his projects include Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Paul G Allen Athletics Center at the Lakeside School.

Snohomish County biotech firms at Seattle exposition

Life Science Innovation Northwest, North America’s largest integrated life science exposition, wrapped up its two-day conference at the Washington State Convention Center during the first week of June. A number of businesses from Snohomish County were represented at this premiere event including CMC Biologics, Aqueduct Critical, SpringStar, SNBL USA and Juno Therapeutics.
