Blair built quite a program at her alma mater during her 11 seasons as head coach at Meadowdale. She led the Mavericks to two state titles (2000, 2004) and two runner-up finishes (1994, 1999) during her tenure at the school. Blair went 255-39 at Meadowdale resigining in May of 2005. After leaving the school, she took over at Seattle's Ballard High School for three years, taking the Beavers to a state tournament before resigning because of equity issues in the school's athletic department.
