Jeff Decker was named to the President’s Club at investment firm D.A. Davidson &Co. He works at the firm’s Everett office.

Jeff Mitchell has joined Banner Bank as senior vice president/commercial lending center manager at the Everett-Colby Branch and Commercial Banking Center. He will be responsible for leading the business banking team in Snohomish County.

Erin Haldi has been named catering manager at the Lynnwood Convention Center in Lynnwood. Haldi holds a degree in hotel management from the University Nevada at Las Vegas.

Sky Nursery plans a grand opening of a new store and greenhouse at the nursery, 18528 Aurora Ave. N. in Shoreline. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 12. The business has added 52,000 square feet of new retail space, including a 35,000-square-foot greenhouse, and a new parking lot at the north end of the property.

Cascade Bank, the principal operating subsidiary of Cascade Financial Corp., has been awarded an overall rating of “Outstanding” on its Community Reinvestment Act performance evaluation from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. The rating is the highest rating possible by the FDIC, and was awarded to less than 5 percent of banks nationally in 2009.

Tully’s Coffee has opened a shop in Edmonds TOP Food &Drug stores. The shop offers WiFi connections and is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekends.
