Port of Everett hires new marina director

Jeff Bearman took over as Everett’s marina director Jan. 10. Bearman has more than 20 years of experience, primarily managing marinas in Hawaii.

“I’m really looking forward to helping the Port of Everett’s marina reach its fullest potential,” Bearman said in a press release. “It’s a beautiful place and a great asset to the community.”

He is replacing Scott Grindy, who was director for eight years. Bearman will oversee the marina’s maintenance and ensure its constituents remain informed of marina-related issues.
