SNOHOMISH — The grand opening of GROW Washington @ Snohomish, a retail incubator and training center, will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Friday, April 1.
GROW Washington (www.GROWWashington.biz) is a Washington state nonprofit corporation formed in 2010 to provide training, access to capital and access to markets to product-based entrepreneurs in small cities and rural business communities throughout Washington. GROW Washington is positioned to become the network hub of entrepreneurial activities in Washington State.
GROW Washington @ Snohomish is located at 1204 First St. in downtown Snohomish.
The retail store currently offers products for sale from 18 members of GROW Washington that are all microenterprise businesses. GROW Washington mentors and trains entrepreneurs who are in the start-up or expansion stages of business.
GROW Washington offers a three-course curriculum on business ownership issues and business-plan creation as well as many additional workshops to support entrepreneurs.
