While I applaud young Master Funk for his desire to serve his community, why should we vote for someone who has no real world experience when there is already a well respected, experienced and knowledgable Representative in place?

Maybe his candidacy is more about networking with local conservatives rather than taking care of his neighbors that need their life to be just a little bit easier. Indeed, with a $5000 budget, he would need to rely heavily on funding from special interest groups (Master Builders Group, Political Action Committees and other 527's) particularly for signs.

I'd have more faith in his campaign if he was running a grass-roots organization, but after reading his website, it looks like he is only regurgitating the conservative mantra from Eyman, Rossi, Limbaugh and McCain. That's not the kind of representation we need in Snohomish County.
