About those canned veggies
I grew up eating fresh or frozen peas because my loving mother didn't want to subject us to the awful canned ones. I tried them for the first time when I was well into my adulthood. I agree with you that the Medal of Freedom should go to the person who can make them taste better. I'm glad to see that canned vegetables are being improved. I just wonder if their nutritional value is being improved along with their taste.
