The latest report from Drinnan indicates Regier was traded and refused to report, so he was sent home. I doubt he was released outright, so the Tips couldn't claim him even if they wanted to. But if he was available I'd be surprised if Everett went after him, given the reason he was traded in the first place was to give the team's other 1991-born defensemen a chance to play.

On the whl web site I clicked on news then transactions then picked PG cougars and it listed Regier as deleted. Would the tips have any interest?
