Evening of Seattle Brewing: Pike Place Market is hosting the American Brewing History Initiative for an evening of discussion on the history of Seattle Brewing from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 8 in the market’s atrium. Christmas Duck PicoPak Release Party: Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is hosting a release party for its Christmas Duck PicoBrew PicoPak from 3 to 7 p.m. Dec. 8 at the brewery, 22329 53rd Ave. SE, Bothell. Staff will be on hand from PicoBrew to explain the home brewing system and give away a PicoBrew to a customer.

Justice’s Hiatus Party at Crucible Brewing: After six years of operation, Everett’s Justice Brewing is holding a Hiatus Party from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 9 at Crucible Brewing, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett. A number of Justice beers will be on tap and for sale in cans and bottles, as well as Justice hats, growlers and tasting glasses.

Annual Christmas Caroling and Sing Along: Port Gardner Bay Winery is hosting its annual Christmas party with caroling and holiday sing alongs from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Everett winery, 3006 Rucker Ave. No cover charge. Petty Party at Scuttlebutt Taproom: KEXP and Scuttlebutt Brewing is hosting Petty Party: A Celebration of Tom Petty concert from 8 to 11:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at the taproom/brewery, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. Advance tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com.

Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk: The Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk from 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 9 in downtown Bothell. Sample beer, wine and spirits from more than 40 area breweries, wineries and distilleries, and shop from a number of participating stores. Advance tickets are $25 and can be purchased at bothellchamberwa.chambermaster.com.

2nd Annual Winterfest at Double Bluff Brewing: Whidbey Island’s Double Bluff Brewing is hosting its second annual Winterfest from noon to 9 p.m. Dec. 9 at the brewery, 112 Anthes Ave., Langley. There will be a winter warmer tap takeover, an ugly sweater contest, roasted chestnuts and live music from Rafael Tranquilino and Leah Tussing.

Beer and Cupcake Pairing at Crucible Brewing: Everett’s Crucible Brewing is hosting Pacific Northwest Cupcakes for a cupcake and beer pairing from noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Everett Foundry location, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D440, Everett.

4th Annual Winter Warmer Invitational: Mountlake Terrace’s Diamond Knot Brewpub will host seven local breweries for a celebration of dark, boozy winter warmers from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 13 at the brewpub, 5602 232nd St. SW, Mountlake Terrace. Breweries on hand include Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing, Bothell’s Decibel Brewing and Everett’s At Large Brewing. There will also be an ugly sweater contest, charity raffle and free swag drawings.

Ugly Sweater Party and Canned Food Drive at Whitewall: Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing is hosting an ugly sweater party and canned food drive from 4 to 9 p.m. Dec. 15 at the brewery, 14524 Smokey Point Blvd., Suite 1, Marysville. Wear an ugly sweater or bring three cans of food to donate and receive $1 off a pint.

Scrappy Punk anniversary party: Snohomish’s Scrappy Punk Brewing is hosting its First Anniversary Party at noon Dec. 16 at the brewery, 9029A 112th Drive SE, Snohomish.

Ho! Ho! Hoedown!: Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting its 2017 Ho! Ho! Hoedown!, a celebration of its winter beer Ho! Ho!, from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 20 at the brewery, 621 Front St., Mukilteo. There will be bourbon barrel, cask, 2016 vintage, nitro and randall versions of the industrial winter warmer.

Drunken Christmas Carols at Middleton: Everett’s Middleton Brewing is hosting its annual Drunken Christmas Carols from 2 to 10 p.m. Dec. 23 at the brewery, 607 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite 27A, Everett. Make your own Christmas ornament, drink Stoutnogg and listen to live music.
