Beer, wine, spirits: Where to grab a drink in Snohomish County

Snohomish Wine Festival: Taste wines from more than 30 local wineries at the Snohomish Wine Festival on March 3 at Thomas Family Farms, 9010 Marsh Road, Snohomish. There will be two tastings, 1 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 and include five tokens, a $5 food voucher and a commemorative wine glass.

Big Block Brewing Tasting: Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing is hosting Sammamish’s Big Block Brewing from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 7 at the brewery, 14524 Smokey Point Blvd., Suite 1, Marysville.

Bainbridge Brewing Tasting: Everett’s Toggle’s Bottleshop is hosting Bainbridge Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. March 7 at the bottleshop, 1420 Hewitt Ave., Everett.

Crucible Brewing Tasting: Kenmore’s 192 Brewing is hosting Everett’s Crucible Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. March 13 at the brewery, 7324 NE 175th St., Kenmore.

Diamond Knot Tap Takeover: Seattle Beer Co. is hosting Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Craft Brewing from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 15 at the brewery, 1427 Western Ave., Seattle.

Sumerian Brewing Tasting: Lynnwood’s Total Wine & More is hosting Woodinville’s Sumerian Brewing for a tasting from 4 to 7 p.m. March 16 at the store, 2701 184th St. SW, Suite 108B, Lynnwood.

St. Paddy’s/O’Grady’s IPA Bash: Snohomish’s Sound to Summit Brewing, 1830 Bickford Ave., No. 11, is hosting a two-day bash celebrating the release of a new beer, O’Grady’s IPA, as well as St. Patrick’s Day on March 16 and 17.

Bacon, Eggs & Kegs: Enjoy beers from local breweries and brunch dishes at the Bacon, Eggs & Kegs event at 11 a.m. March 17 and 18 at CenturyLink Field. Enjoy beers from 40 local breweries, including Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at www.baconeggsandkegs.com.

Corned Beef Cabbage and Cribbage Tournament: Arlington’s Skookum Brewery is hosting a cribbage tournament to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. March 18 at the brewery, 17925 59th Ave., Arlington.

Lake Stevens Brewing Tasting: Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Lake Stevens Brewing for a tasting night at 5 p.m. March 21 at the alehouse, 621 Front St., Mukilteo.

Washington Cask Beer Festival: Drink unique cask-conditioned beers from more than 40 local breweries March 24 at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. There will be two sessions: noon to 4 p.m. and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 for each session and include a tasting glass and 15 4-ounce samples.

NYC Comedy Night at Crucible: Everett’s Crucible Brewery is hosting a night of comedy at 8 p.m. March 29 at the brewery, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.

Fort George Brewing Tasting: Monroe’s Harry’s on Tye is hosting Fort George Brewing of Astoria, Oregon, for a tasting at 5 p.m. March 30 at the taproom, 14286 169th Drive SE, Monroe.

Josh’s Taps & Caps 2nd Anniversary: The Snohomish taproom and bottleshop is celebrating its second anniversary from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. April 21 at the taproom, 1800 Bickford Ave., Suite 210, Snohomish. There will be a food truck, photo booth and giveaways.

At Large Brewing Tasting: Monroe’s Harry’s on Tye is hosting Everett’s At Large Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. April 27 at the taproom, 14286 169th Drive SE, Monroe.
