Take time out for yourself and learn how to de-stress at Dr. Paul Schoenfeld’s “Ten Steps to Well-being” class Thursday evening.

Schoenfeld, a psychologist with the Everett Clinic, is presenting the class from 6 to 9 p.m. in clinic’s Monte Cristo Conference Room, 3830 Hoyt Ave., Everett.

He will offer suggestions on improving your sense of well-being through emotional and physical self-care.

The class fee is $10. To register call 425-339-5453.
