March is fix-up month at the Everett Public Library.

The library is offering three free classes to help with home improvement decisions on three Saturdays in March.

March 2, 2 to 3 p.m.: A builder, a feng shui consultant and a cabinetmaker launch the first panel discussion to help you get started.

March 23, 2 to 3 p.m.: A panel of green builders and a mortgage lender discuss “Upgrading your Castle,” offering ways to improve your inefficient, high-maintenance house.

March 30, 2 to 4 p.m.: Green builders and energy consultants will discuss “Green Energy Choices,” and show ways to employ solar and geothernal energy solutions.

The Everett Public Library is at 2702 Hoyt Ave. Call 425-257-8000 or go to www.epls.org for more information.
