Fuchsia show and sale: The Sno-King and the Marysville Pilchuck fuchsia societies hold their annual judged show and sale 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 10 and 11 at Country Village. Dahlia sbow: The Snohomish County Dahlia Society presents its 104th consecutive show 1 to 6 p.m. Aug. 17 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 18 at Floral Hall at Forest Park, 802 Mukilteo Blvd., Everett. The show is open to the public.
Arboretum tours: Reservations are now being taken for 2013 custom group tours of the Evergreen Arboretum &Gardens. The group tours are available all year by calling 425-257-8597.
