Seniors looking to learn some new steps this fall or just to get moving in general have several options, courtesy of the Lynnwood Parks and Recreation Department.
A new set of classes, based at the Lynnwood Senior Center at 5800 198th St. SW, is intended for those seeking to improve their balance, coordination and posture — among other things — while exploring the fitness arts of yoga, Zumba, Pilates, tai chi and Polynesian dance.
The classes run through October and into November, meeting for approximately one hour, one to three days per week, depending on the topic.
Series costs range from $25 to $35, also depending on the topic.
