It’ll be signing and wining Thursday with garden book author Debra Prinzing at Uppercase Bookshop in Snohomish.
Prinzing’s books include her recently released “The 50-Mile Bouquet: Seasonal, Local and Sustainable Flowers,” and “Stylish Sheds and Elegant Hideaways.”
Prinzing, who is now a Seattle-based writer and lecturer, wrote home and garden stories for many years for The Herald.
Her articles have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Union-Tribune and many national magazines, including Metropolitan Home and Sunset.
“The 50-Mile Bouquet” lists at $17.95 and “Stylish Sheds” sells for $30.

The book reception takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. at Uppercase Bookshop, 1118 First Street, Snohomish.
