Tuesday’s best bets on TV

Among Tuesday’s best bets on television:

“Alaska State Troopers” follows police in parkas. Wait; that’s “Fargo” we’re thinking of. 8 p.m., Nat Geo.

On “Wizard Wars,” Penn and Teller judge competing Canadian magicians on who can best fool an audience with normal objects. Expect to see a lot of vanishing Molson bottles. 9 p.m., Syfy.

Think of “K. Michelle: Rebellious Soul — The Musical” as a hip hopera. Directed by Idris Elba, it’s a theatrical presentation of the latest album by the R&B artist and reality TV star. 9 p.m., VH1.
