Return of the Salmon Celebration: Sultan’s sixth annual celebration is 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 23 at Osprey Park, 801 First St., Sutlan. After two years at sea, the pink salmon of the Skykomish River come back to spawn.
