Winter Beer Taste: The Phinney Neighborhood Association’s 30th Anniversary Winter Beer Taste is from 7 to 10 p.m. Nov. 11 at the association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N, Seattle. Sound to Summit tasting: Whidbey Island’s Penn Cove Taproom is hosting Snohomish’s Sound to Summit Brewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 17 at the taproom, 103 S. Main St., Coupeville.
Washington Distillers Festival: Bothell’s McMenamins Anderson School is hosting the Washington Distillers Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 18 at the brewery, 18607 Bothell Way NE, Bothell. More than 20 distilleries will be on hand, including Lynnwood’s Temple Distilling. Tickets are $35 and include 10 tasting tokens.
Ninkasi tasting: Snohomish’s Josh’s Taps & Caps is hosting Eugene’s Ninkasi Brewing for a tasting event at 5 p.m. Nov. 22 at the taproom, 1800 Bickford Ave. No. 210, Snohomish. The event is also a fundraiser with $1 of every Ninkasi pint going to raise money for the Snohomish County Food Bank.

Washington Winter Beer Festival: The 13th annual Winter Beer Festival is Dec. 1 and 2 at Magnuson Park, 7400 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle. This year’s festival features 50 different Washington breweries pouring more than 200 beers. There will be three sessions 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 1, and noon to 4 p.m. and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 2. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at washingtonbrewersguild.org. Tickets at the door are $35.
