County Arts Commission: Six new pieces of art are on view through December at the Snohomish County government campus, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett, as part of the 2016 Sculpture Exhibition sponsored by the Snohomish County Arts Commission.

Hoobajoob: The sixth annual art show by Ron Wolff, Holly Cannell and Gordy Beil is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 20 at the group’s studio, 605 Emens Ave., Darrington. For information, call 360-436-0711.

Cheri O’Brien and “A Day at the Fair”: The official unveiling of Snohomish County’s new public art installation “A Day at the Fair” by Everett artist Cheri O’Brien will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 25 at the tunnel, where the installation is housed, between the parking lot and the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, just off U.S. 2 in Monroe. Attendance at the fair is free until 1 p.m. that day.
