Workshop on pain in Lynnwood

Give pain the boot.

Senior Services of Snohomish County is offering The Living Well with Chronic Pain workshop.

The free six-week series is 1:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays from June 4 to July 9 at the Center for Healthy Living, 4100 Alderwood Mall Blvd., Lynnwood.

Topics include managing fatigue, sleeping better, dealing with depression and other emotions, medication management, and working with your health care providers.

The workshop includes a course handbook. Family members, friends and caregivers are encouraged to enroll. The workshop is held internationally.
