LAKE ROESIGER — Three teens were hurt and transported to hospitals after a rollover car crash Friday afternoon east of Snohomish.
The teens, 14, 16 and 18, were in an Eagle Talon around 4:45 p.m. when the driver, 18, tried passing a pickup truck near Hidden Valley Road and North Lake Roesiger Road. The vehicle rolled off the road, and a backseat passenger, 14, was ejected from the car and suffered serious injuries, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver and a 16-year-old girl in the front seat were taken to and treated at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. The 14-year-old boy later was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Investigators with the sheriff’s office were trying determine what caused the collision, but speed and possibly road rage might have been factors.
Anyone with information about the crash or anyone who witnessed the Eagle Talon and white pickup truck prior to the crash should call the Sheriff’s Office Tipline at 425-388-3845.
