OLYMPIA — Four minor presidential candidates have been approved for the November ballot in Washington state.
Friday was the deadline for submitting signatures for the ballot.
The Olympian reported that the Justice Party is the fourth of six potential minor parties to qualify for the presidential race in Washington state.
Two other parties have submitted signatures. The secretary of state’s office said a review of those signatures for adequacy is expected Monday.
Also qualified for the race so far are candidates for the Libertarian party, the Socialism and Liberation Party and the Socialist Workers Party.
Still waiting to see if they qualify are the Constitution Party and the Green Party.
