PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County sheriff’s office says the body of a 79-year-old Sequim man missing in the Bogachiel River since his fishing boat sank has been recovered.
Sgt. Brian King said the body of William Rusk was recovered Thursday after a fishing guide spotted it in 6 feet of water, near where Rusk’s boat was recovered Sunday.
Rusk has been missing since March 21 when his drift boat sank just after launching from a boat ramp. His fishing partner was able to make it to shore and call for help.
