CHEHALIS — The Lewis County sheriff’s office is recommending the prosecutor charge two Chehalis women accused of giving alcohol to a 16-year-old boy who was lying drunk in a road in May when he was run over and killed.
The two women, both 22, are accused of supplying liquor for a party with minors, including Tyler Gonzalez of Chehalis.
The sheriff’s office says he either fell or was intentionally lying in a nearby road when he was struck. The autopsy found he had a blood alcohol content of .17 percent.
