Theater fundraiser: A silent auction and a concert featuring Elvis and Paul McCartney tribute bands will raise funds for Historic Everett Theatre. The event starts at 7 p.m. today at the theater, 2911 Colby Ave. More info: www.historiceveretttheatre.org.

Street fest: Marysville Street Festival (previously named Homegrown Festival) will showcase local produce, artisans, musicians and artists along Third Street this weekend. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. today, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Benefit car show: Faith Lutheran Church of Lakewood holds its Hot August Car Show, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. All proceeds go to local food banks. Benefit car wash: Everett Community College nursing students will hold a fundraiser car wash, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at Les Schwab, 4805 Evergreen Way in Everett. Monetary donations will help pay for supplies for a December trip to the Dominican Republic to provide care for impoverished families. Supplies also are welcome. Mutt Strut: Dog lovers and their mutts are welcome to celebrate at this free annual event, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Langus Riverfront Park, 400 Smith Island Road near the Everett Animal Shelter. Puppy pageant: Help Bruno Sniff Out K9 Nasal Cancer, a fundraiser, is set for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 17 at Willis D. Tucker Park, 6705 Puget Park Drive, Snohomish. PEPSapalooza: This family music festival — featuring caspar babypants, The Not-Its!, Recess Monkey, and Rolie Polie Guacamole — is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 17 at Everett Memorial Stadium. Volunteers needed: Clothes For Kids, a Lynnwood nonprofit that provides wardrobes for low-income families, seeks volunteers to help sort clothes, stock shelves, assist shoppers and more. Food bank raffle: The Edmonds Lions Club will start selling $1 tickets for its annual Food Bank Raffle at the Edmonds Summer Market on Aug. 24.
