EVERETT — Police made an arrest early Sunday in connection with the stabbing death of Luis Verduzco, 23, of Everett.
A woman booked into the Snohomish County Jail for first-degree murder was arrested in connection with the case, Sgt. Robert Goetz said. He declined to release further details Sunday.
Verduzco was found fatally stabbed April 24 outside a vacant house at 22 Madison St. Detectives said at the time he might have been killed elsewhere.
Verduzco had a felony juvenile conviction for robbery out of California, according to court papers. He also had an arrest warrant in connection with a 2010 incident in Everett, when he reportedly bit an Everett police officer and tried to bite another.
