Everett stars in suspect’s rap video

Herald reporter Eric Stevick has a story today about a robbery suspect whose recent arrest may hinder his purportedly burgeoning rap career.

The guy’s rap name is Mac Wayne.

Here’s one of his music videos, starring the mean streets of Everett as a backdrop.

Some of our favorite scenes: the EPD car rolling by, the camera cruising past the public defender’s office and what appears to be the sketchy area behind the north precinct.

I looked for memorable lines to share, but well … I’m not sure they exist.
