Feds investigating Everett-area business

Police activity south of Everett on Tuesday afternoon was part of an FBI operation, an agency spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday.

Federal agents were spotted about 1 p.m. at a business in the 12300 block of Highway 99, just outside city limits.

On Wednesday they were not disclosing any additional details about the operation, said Ayn Dietrich, a spokeswoman for the FBI’s Seattle office.
