YAKIMA — The former mayor of the small central Washington town of Union Gap has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reported that Yakima County jail records show Jim Lemon was arrested Wednesday morning.
Union Gap’s acting director of public safety Greg Cobb said Lemon was arrested after complaints of someone driving recklessly in the area.
