Help kids
Gift donations: The YMCA Y-Community offers free or reduced fee activities to families in emergency and transitional shelters. The program plans a Dec. 17 Christmas celebration for participants.
Organizers also would like to send each child home with at least one gift, and they’re asking for help with donations. The program serves about 50 children.
Donations are needed by Dec. 15. To donate, contact Stephanie Green at sgreen@ymca-snoco.org or 425-346-6979.
Gifts for foster kids: The Snohomish County Volunteer Guardian ad Litem program seeks gifts for foster children.
