Through the city of Edmonds Adopt-A-Flower-Basket program, citizens pay $100 to adopt one of the city’s 138 baskets or pay $250 to adopt a corner park. Adoption donations help cover the costs of the flower program’s 20,000 plants. City staff also maintain 183 flower beds in 41 locations.
