See Chance McKinney perform: Winner of the 2009 Music City Madness Award, Chance McKinney, will perform with the band Crosswire at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave., Everett.
McKinney teaches math at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo. His original song “Be Real” was voted the winning entry in a Country Music Television online contest in December.
Tickets are $15 general, $12 for military personnel. They may be purchased online at www.everetttheatre.org, at the theatre box office or by phone, 425-258-6766.
The show benefits Kamiak High School and is open to all ages.
