Clothes For Kids is seeking bowlers of all skill levels for its first ever Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser to be held April 21 at Lynnwood Bowl &Skate, 6210 200th St. SW, Lynnwood.

Put together a team of five bowlers each. Registration is $20 per person and includes three games, shoe rental and Clothes For Kids Bowl-A-Thon T-shirt. Register online at

Collect pledges either for a lump sum or per pin. For every $100 raised in pledges, entrants will receive one entry into the grand prize drawing.

Teams choose one of three time slots: 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., 2:45-5:45 p.m. or 6-9 p.m. Choose a theme for your team or honor someone special.

How to create a targeted resume: A workshop is planned from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Mukilteo Library, 4675 Harbour Pointe Blvd., for people to work on targeted resumes. A targeted resume is billed as being more than a work history, it’s a piece of marketing that advertises your skills, talents, experiences and abilities. Auction today in Silvana: The annual Silvana Fair Board Auction is today at Viking Hall on Pioneer Highway in Silvana.

Doors and snack bar open at 5 p.m. Silent auction begins at 5:30. Live auction is at 6 p.m. Hundreds of items will be available during the auctions, with proceeds going to support the Silvana Fair.
