Front Porch: Send in your Silvertips memories

Share Tips memories

The Everett Silvertips open their 10th season in the Western Hockey League next week, and we know there are die-hard, cowbell-ringing fans out there who have been with the team since the start.

We want you to share your favorite Tips memories with us. Was it the marriage proposal made at center ice? Or maybe a highlight-reel goal by Zach Hamill or Peter Mueller? We’ll publish your stories on the front page of The Herald on Sept. 23.

Are you the Silvertips’ biggest fan? Show us photographic proof, and win a prize. Winners will be invited to a Tips game as guests of The Herald.

So hurry up, and let the celebration begin. Send your contributions to newstips@heraldnet.com or post them in our reader galleries at www.heraldnet.com/yourphotos.
