The state Department of Corrections’ Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders. If you have information about them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-356-2800. Callers do not have to give their names.

Wendell Rainey

Age: 33

Height: 5 feet, 7 inches

Weight: 140 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Rainey has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for possession of controlled substance.

Billy Pope

Age: 31

Height: 6 feet, 1 inches

Weight: 245 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Pope has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver.

If you see these people, do not approach, arrest, detain or follow them. In an emergency, call 911.
