Kevin Pippin

Height: 6 feet 5 inches

Weight: 215 pounds

Hair: Red

Eyes: Hazel

Pippin has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle.

Ryan Barnes

Age: 30

Height: 5 feet 11 inches

Weight: 175 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Barnes has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for third-degree rape of a child and failure to register as a felony sex offender. Barnes is a level-one sex offender.

If you see these people, do not approach, arrest, detain or follow them. In an emergency, call 911.
