MARYSVILLE — Officials have not publicly identified two people who were found dead Friday morning at their Marysville home.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office is conducting scientific tests to confirm identification before releasing the names of the woman, 69, and her grandson, 26, a spokeswoman said Monday.
The bodies were reported to 911 about 9 a.m. Friday by the grandfather, 82. He told police he found them in the living room at their home in the 5900 block of 64th Street NE.
Police believe the grandson recently had moved in with his grandparents.
Investigators said there were obvious signs of trauma to the bodies. They did not release any additional details Monday.
