Lynnwood police warn about sex offender

LYNNWOOD — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender living in Lynnwood.

Kevin H. Corning, 39, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend. He will be living in the 5600 block of 183rd Street SW.

Police plan a community meeting at 7 p.m. April 24 at the Lynnwood Municipal Court on the second floor at 19321 44th Ave. W., Lynnwood.

Corning in 2004 and 1995 was convicted of third-degree rape of a child. Three victims listed in county records were girls aged 12 to 15.

Corning is described as white, 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
