EVERETT — Officials have identified a man who died in a construction accident Monday in Everett.
Robert L. Fruhling, of Nevada, was 73, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office said Tuesday. His death was ruled an accident attributed to trauma to the head and torso.
Emergency crews were called about 3:45 p.m. Monday. The construction site was in the area of 30th Drive SE. That’s in the Riverfront development east of I-5. Fruhling was employed by BDZ Developers, a local company, officials said.
There was no sign of a crime, according to police. They will share their findings with the state Department of Labor and Industries.
