Man sought in Spokane shooting is arrested

SPOKANE — The Spokane County sheriff’s office says a man sought in a June 12 fatal shooting has been arrested in Pierce County.

Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Gregory said in a statement that detectives learned Friday that 19-year-old Issiah Schauman had been booked into the Pierce County Jail in Tacoma.

Gregory said the man was held on an arrest warrant for murder.

The Spokesman Review says the teen was sought in the death of 27-year-old Fabian McBride.
