SEATTLE — A number of people called 911 Thursday night in Seattle to report a man walking down a street randomly firing a gun.
Police say he reportedly fired the gun in the air, into the ground and in the direction of several buildings in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. He reloaded at least once.
No one was hurt.
Police arrested the 32-year-old man and seized a .38-caliber revolver. When officers asked him why he fired the gun, he said he wanted to see if it still works.
He’s jailed for investigation of unlawfully firing a gun.
