MARYSVILLE — A 20-year-old man who was shot in Marysville last week has been released from the hospital.
No arrests have been made, Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux said Tuesday.
The violence is not believed to be random. Also, “there are no known gang ties associated with the shooting,” Lamoureux said.
The shooting occurred early Friday morning in the parking lot of the Albertsons at Marysville Town Center Mall. The victim is from Granite Falls. He said he was standing outside and talking to people who were in a car when one of them opened fire. The car sped away.
