Missing Everett teen found in Seattle

UPDATE: She was found safe late Friday night.

EVERETT — Police are asking for help finding a teen who has gone missing from an Everett-area group home.

Jakyra “Jack” Russell, 14, has a developmental disability and the mental capacity of a young child, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton said Friday. She may not be able to care for herself.
