N.J. Gov. Christie to stump for McKenna in Lynnwood

OLYMPIA — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is coming back to Washington state.

A spokesman for Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob McKenna said that Christie will headline two fundraisers for McKenna’s campaign on Oct. 4, one in Kennewick and another in Lynnwood.

Tickets to either luncheon are $150 per person. Tickets for the luncheon plus photos are $1,800 each. McKenna is running against Democrat Jay Inslee, a former congressman. Both are vying to replace current Gov. Chris Gregoire, who is not seeking a third term.
