Offender arrested in Enumclaw library sex assault

ENUMCLAW — A sex offender accused of assaulting an 11-year-old girl in the restroom at the public library in Enumclaw is held on $1 million bail while he faces child molestation and kidnapping charges.

KING reports Travis Lear, 25, was arrested Wednesday at his mother’s apartment after he was identified through library surveillance video.

The girl was with her father at the library but was forced into the restroom when she went to the car for a snack.
