TULALIP — Police are warning residents about a convicted rapist who is living on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.

Johnathan Robert Lewis, 20, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to reoffend. He has moved to the 2100 block of 116th Street NE, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Lewis was convicted of third-degree rape in the county in 2011. His victim was a 16-year-old girl.

In 2004, Lewis was convicted of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.
