SNOHOMISH — Detectives are looking for the driver of a minivan believed involved in a hit-and-run accident that left two men with serious injuries early Monday.

The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. as the men walked along 123rd Avenue SE near the intersection of Three Lakes Road, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Shari Ireton said. Both were taken to a hospital.

Detectives are looking for a van, possibly a Chevrolet Ventura, Pontiac Montana or an Oldsmobile Silhouette.

The vehicle, likely manufactured between 1997 and 2005, may be missing the driver’s side mirror and could have damage to the grill and dents to the hood, Ireton said.

She urged anyone who may be able to help identify this vehicle or the driver to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 425-388-3845.
