Political FYI: Camano Island Democrats meet Wednesday

The Camano Island Democrats are set to meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Camano Multipurpose Building, 141 E. Camano Drive.

Island County Commissioner John Deans plans to talk about the current state of the county and a levy lid lift proposition on the primary election ballot.

Other candidates for Island County offices will be introduced. They include Paul Thompson, running for coroner; Patricia Terry, running for clerk; and Debra Van Pelt, also a candidate for clerk. All are welcome.
