TACOMA — Six people escaped from what’s called a “clean and sober” house in Tacoma after one resident awakened others about 2 a.m. Wednesday and said he had set the house on fire.
Firefighters quickly doused the flames.
KIRO-TV reports the man who was arrested for investigation of arson had spent time at Western State Hospital and reportedly heard voices. He was released from the facility in June of 2010.
