Seattle vice cops take over massage parlor

SEATTLE — After a vice raid on a Seattle massage parlor, undercover officers took over for the rest of the day and arrested six men who asked for sex. A seventh customer who asked for a legitimate massage was turned away.

A police report filed with charges in King County Superior Court describes the investigation and raid Oct. 11 at Rainier Foot Massage. Two women and the 45-year-old owner, Liu Wei, were arrested. He’s charged with promoting prostitution.

The Seattle Times and the report officers remained on the scene and arrested arriving customers who offered to pay a female undercover officer for sex.
