Seattle vice cops take over massage parlor

SEATTLE — After a vice raid on a Seattle massage parlor, undercover officers took over for the rest of the day and arrested six men who asked for sex. A seventh customer who asked for a legitimate massage was turned away.

A police report filed with charges in King County Superior Court describes the investigation and raid Oct. 11 at Rainier Foot Massage. Two women and the 45-year-old owner, Liu Wei, were arrested. He’s charged with promoting prostitution.

The Seattle Times and the seattlepi.com report officers remained on the scene and arrested arriving customers who offered to pay a female undercover officer for sex.
